Can I track my order?
Once your order has progressed through our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number for the service you have chosen. You can also track your order by creating an account. Creating a customer account will allow you to track and view recent order data.
I cannot reach you via telephone
During periods of high demand, we may temporarily pause our telephone lines. In this event, please submit a ticket using our Contact Us form. This is the fastest way for us to deal with your query promptly.
Can I return an order due to remorse or damage?
If you have received your order and wish to return it, please review our Returns and Exchanges page. Once you have reviewed this, please use our Contact Us form above to submit a customer service ticket.
Using our online form is the best way to reach our customer services team and have your query resolved as quickly as possible. When contacting customer service please refrain from submitting multiple tickets for the same query as this may delay our customer service team. When submitting your ticket, please provide as much order information as possible so our team can locate your order and deal with your ticket quickly.
Please note: All items being returned due to buyer remorse must be brand new, sealed and in their original packaging. For returned orders due to remorse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to safely return their order to us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed, please get in touch using the Contact Form above and our customer services team will be in touch as soon as possible.
