Orders
Can I change my address after I have placed my order?
Please contact us immediately if you want to change your address and we will try our best to make the changes for you. However, if your order has started processing or has been dispatched then, unfortunately, we will not be able to make the change for you.
How can I re-order?
To re-order, simply log back into your account using your email address and password. Your previous order will be displayed, if you checked out while logged in. You can choose to modify your information or proceed with the reorder. You can update your personal information at any time.
When does my order get processed?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, please note no orders are shipped on the weekend or public holidays. In this case, your order will be shipped on the next working day. During busy periods, there may be a delay. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Why have I not received my order?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your order yet. If the expected delivery has now exceeded the estimated delivery date, please send us an email with your order number, name and delivery address so we can look into this for you. Please send your email to info@funkylenses.com.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation/dispatch emails?
When you place an order with Funky Lenses, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a second confirmation email is sent to you, indicating your order has now been dispatched. If you have not received these emails, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot see the email in your spam folder, please get in touch and we will look into this for you. You can send an email to info@funkylenses.com. Please include your full name and order number.
Delivery
How do I track my order?
If you have chosen a tracked delivery method your shipment email will include a tracking number, which you can use on the courier’s website.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will be given an estimated delivery date upon checkout but please be aware, delays with the courier are out of our control. Please refer to our Delivery section on our website for more information about our delivery options.

Your shipping cost may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You will be given the delivery options and cost during the checkout process. Please refer to our Delivery section on our website for more information.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order within 7 days from when you placed it. If we have shipped your order and you wish to cancel, you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was sent to you. You must return the product within 7 days of the request. Once we have received the returned items we will process your refund.
How do I cancel my order?
Should you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@funkylenses.com. Please note, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped and/or dispatched. However, upon receipt of the goods, you can return the items back to us in its original condition. Once we have received the item(s) we will issue your refund.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds can take up to 5 working days, depending on your bank. If you have returned items, please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to be actioned upon receipt of your package. This is because all returns must be checked by our quality control team before we issue the refund.
My product is faulty, what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear this! Please send us an email to info@funkylenses.com, including an image of the faulty lenses. We will deal with this as quickly as possible for you. Please also see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
Products
I wear glasses, can I wear these lenses?
Although you may be able to wear our lenses, you must be aware our non-prescription lenses will not correct your vision. If you require vision correction, please view our Prescription Coloured Contacts and choose the plus or minus strength that you require for clear vision.
Do you sell single lenses?
All our non-prescription lenses are sold in pairs and the prices displayed on the website are for 1 pair of lenses. However, some of our prescription lenses are sold as a single lens.
Do Funky Lenses sell astigmatic lenses?
Unfortunately, our lenses are not suitable for people who have astigmatism. Please make sure the diameter and base curve of the lenses match your eyes.
What are your lenses made from?
Our lenses are all manufactured from a range of tried and tested soft contact lens materials with a high water content.
How long can I wear my Funky contact lenses?
Your contact lenses can be worn for up to 8 hours per day. Make sure to never sleep, shower, or swim while wearing your lenses.
I have had an eye infection recently, can I wear your lenses?
We do not recommend wearing any contact lenses unless you have been given the all clear from your eye care doctor. Although your eyes may look like they’ve healed from an eye infection, your eyes (at the surface) may still be extremely sensitive so it is important to consult your eye care doctor.
I have never worn contact lenses before. Can I order them from you?
You can order contact lenses from Funky Lenses if you are a first-time wearer, however, if you have never worn contact lenses before, you should book a contact lens appointment with your local optician. This will determine your suitability for wearing contact lenses and give you your eye measurements. The optician will also show you how to put the lenses in and remove them and advise you on how to wear and care for your lenses. Once the fitting is complete, your optician is legally obliged to give you your specifications, so you can start ordering with us.
Is it safe to order online?
It is safe to order online from Funky Lenses. Payments are made through a secure server hosted by the payment provider you select. Your bank may follow the Confirm and Pay page with a card verification screen. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your details are kept safe.
I’m planning on wearing some eye makeup to complete my look. Can I still wear these lenses?
Absolutely, yes you can wear eye makeup with contact lenses. However, you must make sure to thoroughly clean your hands first, insert your lenses and then apply your face/eye makeup after you have put your lenses in.
I bought a pair of IGLOW UV lenses, but they do not glow. Why is that?
Products from our IGlow range only glow under UV (Ultra Violet) light.
I can’t see out of my blind lenses. Is that normal?
Our blind lenses cover both the pupil and iris in pigment, unlike other types of coloured contact lenses that have a clear pupil hole. This means that vision is significantly reduced and obscured. For this reason, we recommend wearing blind lenses for photoshoots or only wear a single lens to leave one eye clear.

What are your business operating hours?
Our Customer Support Team operates from 8:30am to 4:30pm GMT Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).
How long does it take for you to respond to emails?
We aim to respond to emails within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Any emails received on the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day. However, during our busy periods, this may change slightly due to the volume of emails we receive.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, including Amex, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments via Paypal.
Why is my payment failing to process?
There are many possible reasons for a failed payment, including insufficient funds in your bank account, using an address the bank does not recognise, your card details are incorrect, the card has expired, or your card verification password is incorrect. If you're having payment problems with your card, you can always pay via an alternative payment method.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
As long as you have an account set up and verified, you can reset your password by clicking on the Reset Password link.
Why can’t I log into my account?
